If you try to start the Kosy app, but receive an error that says ffmpeg.dll is missing, this means unfortunately something went wrong during installation or during an automatic app update.

This can happen when the installation or update is interrupted. For example; when you close kosy at the end of the workday and turn off your pc while the app is still updating.
We are currently in the process of finding a solution to prevent this from happening.

To solve this problem; uninstall Kosy and reinstall.
