To run Kosy properly, for Mac you need to run OS 11 (Big Sur) or higher and for Windows devices you need Windows 10 or higher.
We do not support earlier versions and can not guarantee Kosy will run optimally.
If you're unsure which OS your device is running, follow these steps to know.
Mac
Open the Apple menu in the top left corner of your screen
From the menu, choose 'About This Mac'
You should now see the macOS name, such as macOS Ventura or macOS Monterey, followed by its version number.
Windows
Open the start menu.
Click 'Settings' (the gear icon)
In the new window, click 'System'
Scroll down the tabs on the left side and click 'About'
Look for 'Windows specifications', there you will find the OS under "Edition"
