If your screen share is not working, it's either because you are sharing it in another application or it's blocked in your privacy settings.

First, make sure that you are not sharing your screen in another application (e.g,. Zoom, Video recording software, Slack etc.). if that is fine, then let's make sure the computer is allowed to share your screen! This should not be an issue for Windows users and only for Mac users.

  • Mac: Go in System preferences --> Security & Privacy --> Privacy Tab --> Screen Recording and tick the box next to Google Chrome to allow access
