If you are having trouble seeing or hearing your teammates, there are a few things you can check.
First of all, make sure your device fulfils the requirements specified in this article.
On the map view, we have a limit of 6 camera's (not counting yourself) that can be visible at a given time so they do not slow down performance. Any person exceeding the 6th camera limit will not be visible.
If there is choppy audio; make sure that the sound treshold of the affected user doesn't filter out their microphone too much. Consult this article how to control your microphone sensitivity.
Keep the app updated
If you are using the app, make sure it is up to date. The app should automatically download a new version when you close it.
Mac users: Please close the app by using the 'Kosy Office' menu in the top bar of your screen, using the red button will not be sufficient.
Updating the app is very important, as it will provide you with various bug fixes and improvements.
Still not working? A quick refresh should fix everything :-)
If you are sure that everything is up to date and compatible, and you are still experiencing connectivity issues, a quick refresh will fix 99% of issues. You can do so:
Mac: You can refresh your browser by pressing CTRL + R
Windows: You can refresh your browser by pressing CTRL + F5
